Residence Club Triscinamare

The small resort of Triscina di Selinunte runs parallel to the coast for about 5 km, the landscape reminds one of typical villages in the North African vegetation, with its architectural style and the wide sandy beach, little frequented by mass tourism. The residence is located within the complex Triscinamare. The complex has direct access to the private beach, sandy, with a crystal clear sea still unspoilt. It is advisable to come with car.

Location

The residence is located in Triscina in Selinunte, about 4 km from the archaeological park of Selinunte (along the coast), the port and the airport of Trapani and Palermo are  about 80 Km

Apartments

The apartments are situated at least 200 m and maximum 250 m from the private beach. There are different types:

Apartments of about 52m composed of a bedroom with two beds, a living room with double sofa bed (all beds are orthopedic), kitchen area of 2,80 m (with kitchen with oven and fridge freezer), balcony or veranda 10 m, air conditioning and heating, safe, direct telephone, satellite TV, bathroom with hydromassage shower and hairdryer, double glazing. The living room has a door, when it is close, makes it independent of both the room, as the bathroom.

The living room of approx 30m has an additional bed and a door, when it is close, makes it independent of both the room, as the bathroom.
NB air conditioning is only available in two room 4 and 5, adjustable by the customer and scheduled time.

Located a few meters from the beach they are composed of a double bedroom, a room with two beds, a living room with double sofa bed, in which all the beds are orthopedic, direct telephone, TV, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and hairdryer and a magnificent veranda.

Amenities

Table tennis, children's playground, pool for children (7.50 x 3.50 m), pedal, shooting, canoeing, windsurfing, volleyball, mini club, disco and Latin American stage for shows, games (some of these services are only available in periods of validity of the card club). other services: bar with specialties fast food , solarium, safe deposit, transfers, drinks and ice cream on the beach, private parking and a magnificent garden.

Cooking&Eating

The apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette.

Remarks

Check In: the handover of apartments is done from 16.00 to 20.00. Check Out: the release of the apartments must be before 10.00 am. Pets not allowed.
