Capo San Marco & Renella

The Residence is situated on a hill, in an excellent panoramic position and approximately 4 km from the thermal town of Sciacca (AG), in an area rich in ancient traditions and culture, and at only 250 mt. from the free beach of rocks or sand. The apartments are located in two separate residential structures: Capo San Marco and Renella at about 100 meters distant from each other.

Location

The Residence is located in the Capo San Marco in Sciacca and represents an excellent starting point for various excursions: the temples of Agrigento, Selinunte, Segesta, Erice, Island Mothia, scala dei Turchi, Eraclea Minoa, Caltabellotta, Piazza Armerina .. .. and only one hour from Palermo, Monreale and Trapani. Thermal establishments and swimming pools at about 7 km.

Apartments

The 25 apartments are furnished in a functional and comfortable way all with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, private entrance and patio / balcony. The apartments are divided in the following types:

Studio for 3 people:

they are located at the complex Renella and have living room with double sofa bed, bedroom with single bed. First floor, lateral sea view.

Two-room apartment for 4 people:

they are located in the complex San Marco and have a living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom. Covered veranda with sea view.

Three room A for six people:

they are located in the complex San Marco and have a living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom. Covered veranda with sea view.

Three romm B for 6 people:

they are located in the complex San Marco and have a living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds. Covered veranda, outdoor veranda in the back and shower. Mezzanine level.

Amenities

The strutttura offers various services: a bar open from 01/06 to 15/09 at the complex Renella, two tennis courts, football and bowls, playground, solarium, barbecue area, ping-pong, car park.
Also the possibility of renting: bicycles, linen, TV, laundry.
Some services may be unavailable certain periods.
