• Forfeit consumptions includes: light, water, gas, air conditioning, bed linen. In the case the guests are less than the number of beds in the apartments the forfeit will be considered as the total amount of beds minus 1. Linen refers to bed linen only. Cleaning does not include the cleaning of the kitchenette, pots and pans to be done by the client, otherwise extra charge of euro 30,00.
