The location of the complex offers its guests the opportunity to spend the holidays in an exclusive, informal and peaceful stay in a relaxing and natural, without giving up events, attractions, excursions and services. The Residence is located 500 meters from the beach-pedestrian area. In the immediate vicinity you can easily access basic services: supermarkets, bakeries, fruit and vegetables, fishmongers, restaurants, pharmacy, bars, newsstands. Within the structure there are: swimming pool, restaurant & bar, outdoor spaces equipped for children. An oasis of beauty, lake, fountains and water games to spend moments immersed in nature, between the colors and scents of its flowers. The pool gives a constant feeling of serenity, a place of recreation and relaxation, fully equipped to enjoy a good drink directly into the pool.

Location

The complex is located in San Vito Lo Capo, a  small village known as "The Pearl of the Gaia coast" located 100 km from Palermo, on the north coast of western Sicily. The beauty of the coast, with about 1km to the beach of fine white sand and an incredible turquoise sea. The promenade of palm trees, the typical cuisine based on fresh fish and the strong Arab legacy make of this small village a place tospend extraordinary holidays and a simple and hospitable destination for tourists.

Apartments

All apartments are equipped with: accessories, furniture, kitchenware, clothesdryer, wash clothing, microwave, satellite TV, refrigerator with freezer, air conditioning hot / cold, hair dryer, bed linen and towels.
All apartments are two room apartments from 2 to 4 people composed of: living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom and balcony.

Amenities

Within the structure there are: swimming pool, restaurant & bar, outdoor spaces equipped for children, wide parking, shuttle bus service to the beach. The residence has a private beach with bathers assistant (1 beach umbrella and 2 sun beds for housing units.) Upon request, with payment of a surcharge and subject to availability, may be provided the following services: Internet service, laundry service, extra bed, baby sitting, cots (camp beds), high chair, full or half-board bases within the structure in the restaurant Sapuri, extra cleaning during your stay, shuttle service to and from airports and ports of Palermo and Trapani, car rental service, rental service pleasure craft, bike rental, excursions .

Cooking&Eating

The apartments are equipped with kitchenette. At the restaurant "Sapuri" you can enjoy the specialties of the house and their authenticity. Wine and Sicilian cooking are of vital importance for those who choose to visit the island and its structures. In addition, the Bar offers an excellent cafeteria service, fast food and delicacies. In order to taste the dishes of traditional and local cuisine, there is an agreement with two restaurants which apply to a special discount of 15%.
