Residenza degli ulivi

Finished in April 2005, the complex extends over 7000 meters of land in Bukkuram (land of wine). It consists of 7 new dammusi plus the dammuso already existing, old buildings completely renovated. New dammusi have been built respecting the technique of the old dammuso and have all the real times and clad in stone. The are immersed in a large garden of olive trees and bougainvillea. Each dammuso has its share of garden and terrace. The country furniture and colorfull walls make them merry environments. An old dammuso, completely renovated, is the frame to the village.

Location

The Residence degli Ulici is in Bukkurram on the island of Pantelleria in the Strait of Sicily between Tunisia and Sicily, closer to Tunisia. On clear days you can see Cape Bon, the tip of Africa. The Dammusi of residenze degli Ulivi are located about 10 km from the port and about 3.5 km from the airport of Pantelleria.

Apartments

They are composed of 1 bedroom, a bathroom of which 5 with bathtub and 2 with shower (for disabled), living room with sofa bed and kitchenette. All dammusi have dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, satellite TV, terrace equipped to be able to dine outdoors. Each dammuso has it small private garden. 2 of these homes are adapt for the disabled.

Amenities

The complex has ample parking inside the complex and offers a transfer service to and from port / airport, swimming pool entrance in center Jamal and entertainment. These services are included in the club card to be paid locally. Unique in its kind, the center Jamal (beauty) faces the bay of the Bue Marino just outside the town of Pantelleria. It consists of eight rooms including two restaurants, bar, internet point, a boutique for local products of Pantelleria (raisin wine, jams, etc..), A boutique with items of furniture and a changing room with showers. A beautiful setting and a fantastic pool of 33 meters with whirlpool. The spa is open all year round with turkish bath, sauna, massage therapy, etc.. and can benefit from the services offered by the center.
