Residence Acquacalda

Opened in 2007, it comes from some ancient ruins or old warehouses where they worked the famous pumice stone, precious for the economy of the island and its inhabitants. Crossing the street after just 10 meters you reach the beach (pebbles). While the equipped beach is about 100 meters. In typical Aeolian style it is spread over two floors and an attic and it has a total of 21 housing units that are divided into 3 types: one, two and three rooms. The rooms are furnished with simplicity and good taste, in different pastel shades.

Location

The Residence is located in the seaside portion of Acquacalda, in the Island of Lipari, overlooking the magnificent Salina, Panarea and Stromboli. The distance, in minutes by boat, are respectively 10 to Salina, 30 to Panarea, 55 to Stromboli and Filicudi, Vulcano is less than a mile. As for the distance by land is located about 9 Km from the centre of Lipari and 5 Km from the densely populated seaside portion of Canneto.

Apartments

All units have kitchen or mobile kitchen, balcony or terrace. The terraces, independent, have coverage with a gazebo structure in wrought iron and tables and chairs to eating ourdoor and enjoying the spectacular place and the feeling of calm and peace that it gives. There are different categories:

Studio 2 beds:

including 12 with balcony or terrace with side sea view, and 5 apartments with balcony front sea view, in some studios it is possible to add a third bed.

Family room 4 A:

two room apartment 4 sleeps with two double bedrooms, in a room there is a mobile kitchen. The independent balcony is equipped with table and chairs for dining outside;

Family room 4+2 A:

three room apartments 4 +2 sleeps with two bedrooms, living room with kitchen and sofa bed and terrace with gazebo and table and chairs for dining outside with panoramic sea views.

Family room 4 B :

two room apartment 4 sleeps with two bedrooms each with double bed and balcony (with a front sea view and one with side sea view), in 1 of the rooms there is a mobile kitchen and the possibility of adding a 5 sleep in the sofa bed (with extra).
