Family run structure in a typical Mediterranean - Aeolian style with several terraces and green spaces located at 100 meters from the beach of Canneto. The large green areas, give the environment the charm of the village, made up of nearby independent houses. The residence is located in the old fishermen and miners' village called Canneto due to the many reedbeds around the beaches. Today is the most important seaside resort of the island.

Location

The residence "La Villetta" is located in a panoramic area in the bay of Canneto, a small town with all services: post office, pharmacy, bakery, food, bars and restaurants. It is 2.5 Km from the historical center of Lipari.

Apartments

All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, telephone, television, washing machine and a kitchenette with refrigerator, covered terrace for those on the ground floor and balconies with panoramic view for those on the first floor. The apartments are divided in the following types:

consist of living room with sofa bed and bathroom with shower. Some are equipped with kitchenette, separate kitchen on others, those with kitchenettes are equipped with a third bed.

they are equipped with living room with double sofa bed plus a double bedroom and bathroom.

they are equipped with independent kitchen and two double bedrooms or two twin bedrooms

The Residence and is connected through a bus / shuttle, with the old town of Lipari, which is only 2.5 Km. from Canneto Upon payment and request will be offered the following services: conventions with restaurants for half board, scooter rental, home delivery of food.

The apartments are equipped with kitchenette. The residence offers the breakfast service.
