Residence Archimede

The property overlooks the beautiful bay of Cala Salina, with a wonderful view over the sea, wedged between the country and the ppiaggia Guitgia situated at 350 meters with a picturesque view over the marina. Completely surrounded by a sub tropical garden, the residence is composed of eleven residential units, 7 on the ground floor and 4 suites on the first floor with sea views, all with independent entrance, forming a whole big house.

Location

The residence is located at Lampedusa, about 500 meters from the center, 350 meters from the beach of Cala Guitgia and 900 meters from Cala Croce 4.5 km from Isola dei conigli. It is approximately 1 km from the port and airport of Lampedusa. The island can be reached from Palermo in about 40 minutes of daily flighr service and all major Italian cities and from Agrigento (Porto Empedocle) with daily ferry or hydrofoil.

Apartments

The residence consists of 14 residential units, with a splendid view over the marina. Among the vegetation a stone table of approx 30 feet is available upon request for banquets and parties. The rooms have a balcony or veranda and are equipped with air conditioning, TV, telephone, safe, fan, hairdryer, emergency lamps, barbeque grill, umbrella and beach chairs.
