Villa Giulia

The residence Villa Giulia is located in Gioiosa Marea, in a totally panoramic position towards the sea between Capo d'Orlando and Capo Calavà in front of the Aeolian Islands, by the mountain whose peak still has the heritage of its antique origins. The name of this beautiful place, on the opposite side of the Melluso mountain, was given by the Latin taking into consideration the view that reaches the Aeolian Islands up to Stromboli, and the cliff of Milazzo.

Location

It is at 2 km from the centre, 30 mt from the bus stop, 140 km from the airport of Catania, 160 km from the airport of Palermo, 80 km from Reggio Calabria. 10 km from the highway tollbooth of Patti (to those arriving from Messina), 8 km from the highway tollbooth of Brolo (to those arriving from Palermo), 25 km from the train station Barcellona/Milazzo and 2 km from the one in Gioiosa Marea.

Apartments

The structure has 35 apartments, studios and two rooms, located in a central building and in the building called "Villino Alto", reachable through a staircase. The apartments located in the "Villino Alto" have terrace and offer a wonderful view to the cliff. They all have air conditioning, telephone and are decorated with simplicity. Upon arrival the client will have a bed and bath linen supply.

Studio 3 beds: lounge with double sofa bed + a single sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom, TV.
