The residence is located in Gioiosa Marea at about 4 km from the beaches of the Tyrrhenian coast, 15 km from Capo d'Orlando, 12 km from Patti, 15 km from the archaeological digs of Tindari. It is 150 km from that airport of Catania and from the airport of Palermo.

Private outdoor space furnished or panoramic balcony

with internal staircase, about 45 m2, well equipped kitchen / living room with double sofa bed, bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV, well equipped kitchenette (4 burners, oven, fridge with freezer), bathroom with shower, bidet and WC. Private outdoor area paved with stone well furnished with garden furniture and panoramic balcony.
