Residence Fontana Barone

A few kilometers from Cefalù, in a multicolored varieties of plants and flowers typical of the place, is the Residence Fontana Barone, a small oasis of peace in which to spend with your family and/or friends moments relax, away from stress and noise.

Location

Fonatana Barone residence is located in the village Mazzaforno about 5 km from Cefalu, 70 km from the port and 80 km from Palermo.

Apartments

Small villas for two families, each with independent entry, composed of living area, area that can accommodate up to 6 people and are equipped with all comforts. On the ground floor: large Kitchen/living room; bathroom, cooking area with pergola and barbecue; garden and outdoor shower. Upstairs: bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom, cupboard. The daily cleaning of the houses (except for kitchen and cooking area outside) and linen change (every Wednesday and Saturday) are included in the service. In the kitchen: cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, an immersion blender, table linen and various furnishings. The villas are equipped with tv, safe, gas boiler, hairdryer, clothesline, ironing board. Was used to pay telephone, cots, air conditioning (split single in each room)

Amenities

Residence is equipped with swimming pool for adults and children equipped with umbrellas and deckchairs, gazebos, with an adjoining bar and games area and pastime (ping pong and billiards). The residence is equipped with laundry area with dryer machine.

The residence does not have a restaurant.
