Hotel Mamma Santina

From the old house of Mamma Santina, unfolds the homonymous Hotel. Its rooms are spread among lemon tree and jasmines. Some of the rooms have a balcony and it is possible to admire the coastal cities Panarea, Stromboli and Lipari from almost all of them. Salina is the second island in the Aeolian archipelago by size, after Lipari, with a surface of approx 27 km. It is also the most “green” thanks to water and humidity: the vegetation is full of different kind of plants. From the mount Fossa delle Felci, the highest point in the whole archipelago as well as a natural reserve, there is a wonderful panoramic view of the whole Aeolian archipelago; it is ideal for trekking lovers and to do excursions and for all those who love long walks in close contact with nature.

Location

The hotel is located in the vulcanic island of Salina, it is possible to arrive via sea from Milazzo, Messina, Reggio Calabria, Palermo and Napoli.

Bedrooms

The Hotel has three kind of rooms: Standard – Superior and a Junior Suite. All of them double rooms that come become triple (some quadruple as well) with bathroom, some of them with bathtub and all of them with terrace or balcony with view to Panarea and Stromboli. They have telephone, sat TV, autonomous air conditioning, minibar, internet, possibility of having internet in the rooms.
