Centrale Palace Hotel

The Centrale Palace Hotel is in the heart of Historic Palermo. It is the antique Palazzo Tarallo from the ‘700. A magnificent aristocratic residence from the 18th century brought back to its original splendour by an expert restoration completed in 2003.
