Sirenetta

The “Sirenetta hotel” is situated in the centre of the “Bay of Carini”, not far away from a characteristic sea-village run by the “Di Lorenzo’s”, they have been working in the tourist-hotel field for more than forty years. “Isola delle femmine” , from the Arab language “fimis” (opening), is a pleasant sea-town which is situated on the Tirrenic west coast, facing the homonymous rock that makes the landscape “unique”. The “Sirenetta” hotel, 20 metres away from the sea and the private beach. The surroundings are characterized by the Solarium, the living-room and a large swimming-pool with an open-air bar. Everything is enriched by an enormous green park.

Location

Its strategic geographical position allows, in fact, to be near the most significant masterpieces of the Arab Norman art and near the temples of Greek art. It takes 1 hour to reach Erice, Selinunte, Segesta, la Valle dei Templi in Agrigento and a few minutes to reach Palermo and Monreale.

Bedrooms

The structure is provided with 29 air-conditioned rooms, private bathrooms, shower, telephone, TV, mini-bar and view over the sea. They are decorated in modern style.

Suite Room two communicating rooms with a common bathroom, one of the rooms has a king bed (double) and the other two separate beds.

Amenities

Lounge room, TV room, meeting and congress room, parking, open air swimming pool for adults with whirlpool area and swimming pool for children with animation staff; at the private beach, where it is possible to have access directly from the hotel, there are sun beds and sun umbrellas; guests can freely use the beach establishment, while in July and August the service is upon payment. The hotel has a meeting room with 100 seats. Other services: 24/24 reception service, taxi/transfer booking, secretary service, guided excursions, boat trips, car and bike rental.
In the sailing school it is possible to practice: laser, laser 2, windsurf, canoeing. For those who are part of the "Federazione Italiana Vela", the Lido offers the possibility of boat rental.

Restaurant

The Sicilian soul can be expressed also in cooking. The uncontested protagonists of the Sicilian sea-cooking are the most valuable species of fish. The first courses, of the typical Mediterranean tradition, change everyday, offering the customer a wider choice. The quality of the meals is guaranteed thanks to the attention in choosing the ingredients and the accuracy used by qualified chefs in preparing them.
