Saracen Sands Village

The Saracen Sands Village is situated in a fishing village by one of the most beautiful and charming beaches of Western Sicily, with a very crystal clear sea and at only 10 km from the town centre and 11 km from the airport of Punta Raisi.
It rises in the magnificent scenery of the isle “Isola delle Femmine”.
The sandy white beach belongs to the Village and it is very easy to go on foot passing through a private subway. The beach is equipped with sun umbrellas and decker chairs for the guests (complementary service).

Bedrooms

250 bedrooms in a Mediterranean style building, all equipped with air conditioning, telephone and tv color satellite 21” and sky (complimentary). The minibar is upon request.

Amenities

The Village has 4 swimming pools, two of them for children, 3 tennis courts, 1 bowling green, table tennis, beach volley, archery, five-a-side football, miniglof. Also Miniclub area with three hostess only for children from 4 to 12 years old and Junior club from 12 to 17 years old, parties, recital, games and a lot of different activities (from June 1 to September 30). A well equipped Nautical Centre and windsurfing for sailing lovers offers also canoes, pedals, sea bicycle and boat trips. The Hotel is associated to a Diving centre that gives international patents with the possibility of diving in the natural reserve of Zingaro. It is possible to arrive to the private beach by foot through a white sandy path. The beach is equipped with sun umbrellas and deck chairs. The animation is bilingual: Italian and French, and the team will amuse you from June 1 to September 30, day and night, with tournaments, events, concerts, cabaret, parties, folk group performances, piano bar and disco. Open-air theatre for summer shows. From 30/09 to 31/05 only Piano bar and disco, depending on amount of people.
A Coiffeur with aesthetic centre is also available within the Structure. The Saracen Village has also a meeting room with simultaneous translation facilities, max for 700 people. There is also a room which is convertible in three little and indipendent rooms up to 70 people. Other facilities: press room, bar, telephone boxes, secretarial services, cloakroom.

Restaurant

The structure has two restaurants one in the open air ant sea view terrace, which is opened from June to September, where breakfast and dinner are served. Lunch and dinner are served at the table till the 30th of May. From the 1st of June to the 30 th of September lunch is served at the table while a wide and rich buffet is served for dinner in the sea view. You can taste deliciuos Sicilian dishes and other typical Italian dishes, fresh Mediterranean fish and grilled meat. The services depend on the weather.

Remarks

Check in hour 12:00 - Check out hour 10:30. Small and medium size pets are allowed. Medium dogs are allowed. They must stay in the balcony and they cannot go in the common areas. Next to the parking there is a wide private green area.
