Club Plaia D'Himera

The Plaia d’Himera club is a modern and elegant 4 star club, with its architectural lines that remind a little castle and its cosy atmosphere. It provided with a wide lagoon-swimming pool with a children's area. Its proximity to the sea, its beautiful swimming pool and its nearness to Cefalù, represent its flagships.

Location

The Palia d'himera club is located in the northen coast of the island, at 16 km approximately from Cefalù and at 54 Km from Palermo. It is 56 km from the port of Palermo and 86 km from the airport of Palermo.

139 beautiful and spacious rooms elegantly furnished, all with private bathroom with shower and hair dryer, air conditioning, telephone, refrigerator and TV.

The club offers its clients 2 bar, TV room, boutiques, internet point, play area for children, disco, conference room, safe, car rental, Aeroviaggi office with local hostess, tours office, parking and bus shuttle to Cefalu (upon payment), a beautiful and wide swimming pool divided into three sectors, including one for children, equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds. They are also available: sailing, wind-surfing, canoeing (water sports from May to September bound to weather conditions), tennis, volleyball, soccer, bowling, darts, table tennis. Daily (except Friday) courses of collective sports, aquatic gym, games, tournaments, courses in dance, drink and bingo games, then during the evening piano bar and shows at the amphitheatre; Mini Club (4 to 12 years) and Junior club (12 to 17 years) free and available during the school holidays, daily from 9.00 am to 19.00 except Friday. Cooking&Eating

Particularly interesting are the gastronomic thematic evenings that every evening (except Friday) offer many opportunities to enjoy the best of the Mediterranean cuisine as the marine fish-based evening, for example, or the barbecue evening, or Sicilian evening or fareweill dinner on Thursday. Among the many gastronomic events there are appealing surprises at midnight in a disco and piano bar.
