Quality Excelsior Palace Terme of Acireale nestles against a spectacular backdrop of art and architecture and focuses on gastronomy. The building, in the amazing baroque town of Acireale, originally was a C 19 grain mill that has been skilfully restored and turned into a delightful hotel on the beautiful Riviera dei Limoni. The hotel is in Acireale called the “city of a hundred bell-towers”. Also known as the city of the “flowered baroque”, the queen of the Sicilian Carnival or the thermal city, featured by ancient religious and folk traditions as the Opera dei Pupi or the typical pastry.

The hotel is located in Acireale, at approx 30 Km from the airport of Palermo.

Bedrooms

The hotel has 87 rooms, among them 26 single, 56 double, 1 superior and 4 for disabled people; 2 with balcony; 8 with bathtub and 79 with shower. All the rooms have private bathroom and have all the comfort: sat TV, telephone, minibar, central air conditioning, heating, hairdryer, courtesy kit and letter kit. Superior rooms have whirlpool bath and a smaller meeting room for 6 people with fax/telephone. Most of the rooms have a safe and there are also safe boxes at the reception.

Swimming open during the summer period, two bars one by the swimming pool and 3 Restaurants one in the garden, open during the summer, congress centre composed of 9 rooms that can host up to 800 seats. Wellness centre: depending on the period of the year, it is possible to enjoy (upon payment) of different massages, reiki, olistic, Bach flowers and energy. Animation: during the summer period there are different activities: accquagym, aerobics, games, pianobar, cabaret. Excursions: it is possible to book at the front desk excursions the major cities and thanks to the association to diving centre it is possible to do sub course, diving, jatski rental, laser, sailing and rubber boats.
