It is next to Villa Glicine. It is located 200metres from the famous sandy beach of La Arenella. The bedroom, the living room with kitchenette and the fireplace are furnished and decorated in the 19th century Sicilian style. It has many verandas and a barbecue. This little villa is provided with all types of comfort: air conditioning, color TV, safe box and hair dryer. It is next to Villa Glicine,both being part of the same property, and shares the surrounding garden, the barbecue, the car park and the external shower with it.

Recently, the sea that surrounds La Arenella bay was given a prize for its crystal clear water. It is also famous for being an attraction especially for divers. Upon request it is possible to enjoy the Diving Center. Nearby, there is a tennis court.
