Villa Thawanadee

Villa Thanawadee is locatedvery near the sea, in Cava D'Aliga, bathing location for the inhabitants of Scicli but also for tourists who come from other cities of the province attracted by its rocky coast interrupted with small sandy beaches, clean sea, cliffs, spectacular inlets fully covered by palms (Chamaerops humilius) typical species of Mediterranean scrub and the old lighthouse of Punta del Corvo, set of the famous Italian television series "The Superintendent Montalbano" .

Location

Villa Thanawadee is located in Scicli in the locality Cava D'Aliga. Scicli is a baroque city recognized as World's Heritage by UNESCO located a few kilometers from the sea and it has beautiful golden beaches. It is divided into four villages: Donnalucata, Sampieri, Cava dåliga, Playa grande. It is about 130 km from the airport Fontanarossa di Catania.

Apartment

It is a house of 200 square meters, surrounded by a thousand meters of garden whose walls are surrounded by tendril, exotic and indigenous plants: mulberry, dwarf palms, bonsai, and medicinal plants. The villa has two cars, a swimming pool surrounded by lawn, 10 meters long, 5 wide, with Roman staris, depth 1.30 to 2.50, excternal cover is in quartz. Completely automated, and covered with stone of Scicli, pitch and lava, is cleaned by a robot. In the garden, a gazebo, shower, solarium equipped with deckchairs and three relaxation areas. Guests of the Garden: Turtles, and a couple of parrots (located in a special aviary). The house consists of one double bedroom, one single room, a living room with sofa bed, two kitchens, one of 50 square meters and a service and two bathrooms: one internal to the service of the bedrooms and the other external for the garden and swimming pool. The large living room consists of a reading corner, a fireplace corner, a relax area with television, the house also has a covered porch, a pergola and a gear store. It can accommodate up to 5 people.

Upon request it is possible to rent bed linen and towels. The villa has a swimming pool, washing machine, air conditioning and TV.
