Fisherman's cottage in the historic center of Sampieri, restored and at only 150 meters from the beautiful beach of Sampieri that ends with the ruins of Fornace Penna, a rare example of industrial architecture.

Location

The house is located in Scicli in the locality of Sampieri. Scicli is a baroque city recognized as World's Heritage by UNESCO located a few kilometers from the sea and it has beautiful golden beaches. It is divided into four villages: Donnalucata, Sampieri, Cava dåliga, Playa grande. It is about 130 km from the airport Fontanarossa di Catania.

Apartment

Gradisca House is a studio consisting of: double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. It is provided with conditioner and TV (upon payment of a fee). It can accommodate up to 2 people.

Amenities

Upon request it is possible to rent bed linen and towels. The apartment isequipped with TV and air conditioning (fee based upon consumption)

The apartment has a kitchenette with tableware available to guests
