Lucchese House

Lucchese House is a traditional and spacious house in a farm of 4 Ha of olive trees. It is located in the heart of the old quarter of Lucchese between the peace and tranquility of the countryside near the sea and the most ancient cities of Sicily, opened with a splendid view of the pleasant hills and valleys covered by the surrounding olive groves and almond trees, Lucchese house is a big old house that preserves its rural charm. The long and winding road calls for relaxing walks in the village and its surroundings. Completely renovated both outside and inside, while fully respecting the original architectural it features intact its rural charm. The interior rooms have retained the characteristics of a time with the lime-plastered walls, ceilings are crossed by wooden beams. Plasters, colors and decorations on the walls reflect the traditional ones, without renouncing to offer its guests all the modern comforts: satellite tv, cd, dvd and washing machine. The furniture was chosen with respect for the traditional rustic style, the whole, however, without sacrificing the comfort.

Location

Casa Lucchese is about 100 km from the airport of Palermo. at only 6 km from Sciacca and 9 km from the best beaches.

Apartments

On the ground floor there is a living area accessed from the terrace that leads directly living room, furnished with sofas and dining area. The ground floor also houses a large fireplace and two artistic glass doors that separate the room from the fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom. A brick staircase leads to a spacious reading and writing area by the sleeping area, consisting of two spacious double bedrooms, a second bathroom and a twin room.

Provision of kitchen, bathroom and bedroom linen with weekly change, TV, CD player, DVD and washing machine,  welcome gift basket containing materials for a full breakfast (water, orange juice, salt, coffee, tea, sugar, pastries, bread, jam, butter, corn flakes, cheese, fruit, extra virgin olive oil,  organic olive oil, wine vinegar, etc..) Upon request all the necessary for small children (cot, high chair) and thanks to the wide space of the rooms it is possible to add beds depending on need. Structure is accessible for disable people as well.

Cooking&Eating

The house has a kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, 4 hotplates, electric mixer, toaster, dishes, plates and other accessories.
