Del Vivaio Houses complex includes six apartments (Praga House, Monica House, Arianna House, Alice House, Angelika House, Anna House and Pauline House) located 1km from Sciacca and 4km from the sea, on a green hill dominating the town. These houses were made out of an old countryside building that has recently been renovated with traditional materials: wooden beams, terracotta tiles, baked clay. They are mainly furnished with old and comfortable pieces of furniture and are equipped with central heating and hair conditioning. Each house is composed of a living-room with equipped masonry kitchen, one, two, three or four bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a garden or terrace, an independent entry, a private external area equipped with pergola, table, deckchairs and barbecue. Del Vivaio Houses complex is the ideal location to enjoy some excursions: it is 30km from Selinunte, 25km from Eraclea Minoa, 50km from Valle dei Templi, 75km from Segesta, Monreale and Erice.

Location

Del Vivaio Houses are about 100km from the airport of Palermo. They are 20m from the bus stop and less than 1km from a big supermarket.

House

A 55m2 dwelling divided onto two floors. On the ground floor: a living-room with kitchenette, a corridor and a bathroom with bath. On the first floor a double bedroom with panoramic view, and an open space with a sofa and a small desk, an alcove with a single bed and a terrace for eating in the open air. Alice House can accommodate up to 3 people and is equipped with air conditioning and central heating, Hi.fi, CD player, color TV, microwave, toaster.

Amenities

Bed, kitchen and bath linen with weekly change. A common panoramic area under the olive trees equipped with hammocks and a barbecue and sink are at the disposal of all the guests. Big playground for children with slide and swings. On arrival, guests receive a welcoming basket with the necessary for a complete breakfast (water, orange juice, salt, coffee, tea, sugar, brioches, bread, jam, butter, corn flakes, cheese, fruits, extra vergine biological olive oil, vinegar, etc). Moreover, they can make free use of mountain bikes, the Internet, the books of the library (novels in Italian, French and English), laundry with detergents, enclosed private car park.

Cooking&Eating

All the houses have an equipped kitchenette with fridge and kitchenware.
