Apartments Casuzze

The apartments are located in Marina di Ragusa in the locality Casuzze, a small village located 3 km from Marina di Ragusa and 3 km from Punta Secca (Vigata in the Italian television series "Commissario Montalbano"). Casuzze is a small village where we can find all services: restaurants, pizzerias, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, church. Some apartments are newly built (2007) and other recent restructured (2006 / 2007). They are all located 50 meters from the golden sand beach and 100 meters from low cliffs ideal for lovers of fishing.

Location

The apartments are located in Marina di Ragusa in the locality Casuzze at 20 minutes from Ragusa and Scicli. It is about 100 km from the airport of Catania.

The complex includes 10 apartments in rows which may be on the ground floor or first floor. All apartments are equipped with private entrance and are divided into the following types: apartments 2 / 4 sleeps with veranda

consisting of: double bedroom, kitchen / dining room with sofa bed, bathroom and veranda with barbeque;

two room apartment 2 / 4 sleeps without veranda

consisting of: double bedroom, kitchen (with sofa bed), bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom, wall barbecue outside;

three room apartment 5 sleeps with veranda

: Double bedroom, kitchen (with sofa bed), bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom, equipped veranda with barbeque

four room apartment 8 sleeps with veranda

consisting of: 3 spacious bedrooms, two with double bed or two with single beds and one with double bed and one single bed, kitchen with sofa bed, bathroom, and veranda with barbecue.

Amenities

The apartments are equipped with kitchen, bathroom, satellite TV, microwave, washing machine, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, minipimer, barbecue and air conditioning (except those equipped with wall fans on the ceiling). There is a beach service that includes a beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs and beach towels.
