Residential Complex Aloe

The residential complex Aloe is a newly built structure of 7 apartments and two rooms located about 750 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of San Vito lo Capo and close to shops (supermarkets, fruit and vegetables, bakery, fish market). At 50 meters from the complex there is a free bus service from downtown to the beach and back. The small town lies on a turquoise bay, on a sea full of color, between the Zingaro Reserve and Mount Acci, it is characterized by the typical white houses, adorned with boungavillee, hibiscus and palms and scented by lemon and jasmine.
In a turquoise bay, the beach of fine white sand, alternates with gravel and rocky coves and rocky cliffs. The sea is crystal clear and the sand gently slops into the sea. The Beach is the tourist attraction in San Vito lo Capo, 900 meters long and 70 wide with wooden walkways that allow access for the handicapped, thanks to his assistants bathers, will ensure a safe bathroom. Umbrellas, chairs and workstations showers provide appropriate service to the bathers.

Location

The apartments are located in San Vito Lo Capo, which is about 110 km from the port of Palermo and 60 km from the airport of Trapani.

Apartments

All apartments are well furnished and equipped for maximum comfort: air conditioning (hot / cold), internet connection WI-FI and lcd tv.
Residence Aloe has 7 residential units spread over different levels: two room apartments and three room apartments on the ground floor and 2 two room apartments and 1 two-room apartment on the first floor.
The two room 2 +2 beds are composed of: kitchen / living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and veranda equipped with table and chairs.
The three room apartments 4 +2 beds are composed of: kitchen / living room double with sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom (or double bedroom), bathroom with shower, veranda equipped with table and chairs

Amenities

The complex has reception, parking, common use solarium terrace equipped with barbecue, common use  laundry in the terrace. Upon request and payment it is possible to use the transfer service from / to airport, port, railway station, bike hire, boat trips in the fabulous natural reserve of Zingaro, bus or in major cities such as nearby Segesta and Erice.

The apartments are equipped with cooking facilities.
