Two rooms apartments consisting of bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette with fridge, freezer and oven, (the studios have no oven), bathroom with shower and balcony, some of which with seaview, others on the volcano. The studios are made of a single large room completely furnished with a portion of the terrace which looks at the sea side. The studios are all on the ground floor. They are all complete with dishes and towels, bed and kitchen. The apartments, furnished with modern furniture and treated in detail, are equipped with 2 air conditioners, 2 TV with digital receiver and satellite equipment. There are two apartments equipped for the handicapped.
