Capo Calavà is a seaside location about 2 km from Gioiosa Marea, a pretty village in the middle of the Tyrrhenian coast between Messina and Palermo, in front of the Aeolian Islands. The villa is located in Capo Calavà (Gioiosa Marea), at about 150 km from Catania's airport and 150 km from Palermo's.

Villa

The villa is on two floors. The first floor consists of 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom, while on the ground floor comprises a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen looks out on a veranda with table and chairs. It can accommodate up to 8 people (6 +2 sleeps).

The villa has parking space, courtyard, balconies, laundry (with washing machine) outdoor showers in box. Upon request it is possible to rent bed linen and towels.
