The 7 apartments are located in the middle of the Gulf of Castellammare, at only 800 metres from the sandy beach with panoramic view on a crystalline green-turquoise color sea and 1 km from the harbour.

Location

The apartments are situated in Balestrate. Palermo airport is at about 20 km. The ports of Palermo and Trapani can be reached in 35 minutes.

Apartments

The complex is made up of a two room apartment, 4 three room apartments and 2 four room apartments. The apartments are wide and comfortable and have washing machine, veranda or balcony and parking space.
Two room (4 beds): Located on the ground floor consists of a double bedroom, lounge with kitchenette and a sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom with shower.
Three room (6 beds): two on the ground floor, one of them with sea view, composed of a master bedroom, a twin bedroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom with shower. Two on the first floor, one with sea view, composed of a master bedroom, a twin bedroom (two beds or bunk bed, lounge with sofa bed, kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.
Four room (8 beds): located on the ground floor, they consist of a double room, a twin bedroom, an independent kitchen, lounge with sofa bed 2 seats, a bathroom with shower.
