Maia Volcani Holiday Houses

Overlooking the splendid Ionian sea and immersed in a lemon garden is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday by the sea. Six apartments have derived from the redcoration of an old villa from the 1930s: 3 three-roomed apartments, 2 studios and 1 two-roomed apartment. All the apartments have frontal or lateral sea view. Maia Volcani is 150 m from the sea.

Location

Maia Volcani Holiday houses are in Santa Tecla, a fishermen town town just 5 km from Acireale and 15 km from Catania. Is 25 km from the airport of Catania and 37 km from the famous Taormina.

Apartments

All apartments have a portion of the sea view terrace and are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, a kitchen equipped with dishes and a bathroom.
The two studios are located on the first floor of the villa, with: a large living room / bed, kitchen, bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea.
The two room apartment is located on the first floor has a living room with sofa bed and kitchen, a bedroom with TV and air conditioning, bathroom and terrace with sea view. Two three room apartments are located on the second floor and have a living room with sofa bed and kitchen, two bedrooms including TV and air conditioning, a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea. One of the apartments has front sea view (the other one side) and has a fireplace.
