Rooms

Villa dei Papiri an old Sicilian farmhouse of the '800 completely restored and divided into 8 independent suites from 45 square meters (2 beds) to 65 square meters (up to 5 beds) located in the central structure of the villa and 16 double rooms.
The suites are studios with a loft for sleeping (double bed canopy and wrought iron beds with possibility to use the sofa), kitchen facilities and bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Each suites is independent and decorated with local crafts of high quality and equipped with every comfort: air conditioning / heating, hair dryer and liquid soap, TV and fridge, all have a private entrance and overlook the garden where every room will have a sun umbrella with a table reserved for pleasant outdoor breaks. The double rooms are located 100 meters from the main structure within three pretty dependance. They vary according to size (standard 18m2, superior 22m2, exclusive 26m2) and have: Always double bed with possibility of a canopy structure, the exclusive rooms are equipped with refrigerator, and all rooms have air conditioning / heating, LCD TV, bathroom with shower, hair dryer and liquid soap. The accommodation structure has also two double rooms equipped for the disabled. Even outside of these rooms there is a reserved table with chairs and a relaxing garden. For all accommodation is provided daily cleaning with change of bed linen and towels (supplied) every three nights.

In the convivial room where breakfast is served guests can relax on comfortable and cozy sofas  to read a book, listen to music, watch satellite TV, connect to the internet for free (free access point or wireless connection), or perhaps sit at the beautiful grand piano that complements the surrounding decor to play in the company one of the favorite songs. The free parking is adjacent to the rooms. Cooking&Eating

The rich breakfast is served in a convivial room of 500 sqm. The full breakfast buffet includes cappuccino, coffee and milk, yogurt and fruit, pastry and bakery products as well as local meats and various cheeses. Guests can add half board at the farmhouse near Villa Cristina, run by the same family, where they can taste the most exquisite Sicilian culinary specialties of meat or fish.
