Le Rocche e Fontana Vena

Biological farm house in the area of the Nebrodi park, one of the most beautiful and rich areas from the natural point of view of the whole Sicily, in front of the Aeolian Islands. The structure is composed of a manor house and three smaller houses built in 1789 with panoramic terraces and immersed in a luxuriant park where it is possible to find deer, does, pea fowls, swans.
Le rocche It is the main farm house, building of the farm house of approx 80 hectares located in the mounts Nebrodi near the Nebrodi park and takes the name from the old Greek “Le Rocche”. It is in a panoramic position in front of the Arab town of S Piero Patti, and dominates the valley that opens into the Tyrrenean sea and the Aeolian Islands. The reception is located in a villa from the last century with a wide garden full of age-old trees. The rooms for the guests are located in two neo-classical buildings built in October 1784. The building are surrounded by a park of age-old oaks, flowerbeds, stone park benches, ponds and house of pea fowls, pheasants, ducks, swans and deer all together in a magical atmosphere with centuries of history that have marked its 300 years of existence. The two neo-classical buildings have panoramic terraces bordered by stone columns and refreshed by bower of wisterias and jasmines with ponds full of multicoloured fish. The park with age-old trees is bordered by the river Timeto, with the bridge built by Ruggero the Norman. There are two antique still working water mills that took the water from an old Arab pond. The restaurant is located in a guard tower by the valley with covered verandas and panoramic terraces. There are two swimming pools and a relax area with refreshing waterfalls, solarium and relax area, tennis field, basket ground, horse riding and paths for horseback riding tourism and trekking, bikes, and biking paths, archery, table tennis, gym. There is also a special area for the small guests with games for children. A wellbeing centre with Finnish sauna and indoor Jacuzzi is in the process of construction. The rooms, all of them with vaulted ceilings, wide and elegant. They all have private bathroom, luxury high quality furniture, TX and minibar upon request, with autonomous heating and air conditioning.
FontanaVena
The second farm house is located in the area of the closest to the sea. A fortified farm house of the 1600 with an old millstone turned into reception with a terrace with view to the Aeolian Islands and Capo Milazzo. It has bedrooms with private bathroom and are decorated in an elegant and comfortable way with TV, minibar upon request, wall fans and some of them have air conditioning. In the garden, among stones and paths, it is possible to see peafowl, pheasants, Tibetan goats and other animals. In the park there is a swimming pool with solarium, illuminated tennis field and 5-a-side football field and a riding school. Both structures are located at 13 km from Patti near Tindari and its splendid Greek-Roman theatre, from Patti with its Villa Romana and its mosaics, from S Piero, Montalbano, S Marco and its medieval neighbourhoods, from Randazzo and the Gole dell’Alcantara, from the Park of the Etna and Nebrodi, from Taormina and from Milazzo. The most beautiful area of Sicily, Marinello with its ponds, natural reserves, Mongiove, Capo Calavà and the Aeolian Islands within one hour drive.

Both structures are located at 13 km from Patti near Tindari and its splendid Greek-Roman theatre, from Patti with its Villa Romana and its mosaics, from S Piero, Montalbano, S Marco and its medieval neighbourhoods, from Randazzo and the Gole dell’Alcantara, from the Park of the Etna and Nebrodi, from Taormina and from Milazzo. It is at approx 100 km from the airport of Catania.
