The country house is located at an elevation of 640 m in the middle of a 42-acre farm, full of nut, cherry and olive trees. The mild climate in the summer and at sunset allows guests to relax outdoors after a day at the beach or sightseeing. The farm house, built out of old building, hayloft and rooms used for manual jobs has been restructure in order to create wide rooms with bathroom and all the comfort.

Location

The farm house Aguglia is located between Palazzolo Acreide and Noto, province of Siracusa, a centre place of several turisit itineraries of South Eastern Sicily. The port and airport of Catania are at approx 90 Km, and the cities of Siracusa and Ragusa approx 35 Km.

Bedrooms

There are 8 exclusive rooms (non smoking) with independent entrance from the outside, from where, between the activities, it is possible to enjoy the view and the silence of the whole area. The rooms are tastefully decorated with the owners’ personal antiques including furniture, terracotta pottery, and tools. The floors are made of Sicilian terracotta tiles and the roofs are framed with traditional wood beams. Each room is fully equipped with TV, mini bar, telephone, heating and a modern bathroom with hairdryer and personalised courtesy kit. Linen has an special attention and cleaning service is daily.
