Tenute Plaia Farm House

Tenute Plaia farmhouse is a few meters from the medieval village of Scopello, which gives onto the sea reflecting the beautiful Faraglioni, that could be considered an appendage of Zingaro nature reserve. In this peaceful and quiet atmosphere one has the opportunity to rediscover the contact with nature, which is here characterized by an enchanting landscape and agricultural cultivations. This accommodation facility is located in the middle of a tourist route, among the most interesting archaeological sites of western Sicily; this location also allows to reach various localities in the provinces of Trapani, Palermo and Agrigento with short trips.

Location

Tenute Plaia farmhouse is located in Scopello, a tourist locality a few kilometres from Castellammare Del Golfo (Tp). The port of Trapani is about 35km away, the airport of Palermo is about 50km away.

Rooms

The 10 double rooms (where a 3rd bed can be added) guarantee a comfortable stay in the elegant atmosphere of a building realised with the help of master craftsmen. They all have bathroom with shower, hair-dryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone and minibar. A room for disabled people is also available.

Outdoor spaces surrounding the farmhouse: a large central courtyard, patios, terraces overlooking the sea, paths towards the orchard, vineyard and olive grove. A shop where one can buy the typical local products. Private external car park, outdoor hydromassage, 24h reception service, mountain bike hiring, table tennis. Upon payment/request: spa treatments, taxi-transfer, hiking, jeep hiring, cooking classes, excursions by rubber-dinghy, diving, tastings of wines and other products of the farm.

Restaurant

The kitchen offers regional dishes, by using different products of the farm itself, from vegetables to fruit, from wine to oil.
